Plan Details
This is an add-on option that can be combined with any of our plans.
Shooting from a high angle really brings out the beauty of the Miyako Island sea, so we highly recommend it.
You will receive 10 photos plus 5–10 short video clips.
[Please note]
- This option cannot be ordered on its own. Please book it together with one of our shooting plans.
- Depending on the weather (rain or strong wind), the drone may not be able to fly. In that case the option fee will be refunded.
- Aerial shooting may not be possible at some locations, such as no-fly zones. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you would like a drone-only shoot, we will prepare a separate quote — please contact us via the form.
Terms of Service
[Bad weather]
This service basically operates even on rainy days. However, if we judge that shooting is impossible due to clearly bad weather, we will consult with you and sincerely take one of the following measures:
(1) Reschedule: change the shooting date to another day within your stay.
(2) Postpone: if shooting is not possible during your stay, the shooting date may be postponed within one year of the original date. Travel expenses for revisiting the island are borne by the customer.
(3) Cancellation and refund guarantee (only when (1) and (2) are not possible): shooting is cancelled and the full amount is refunded.
[Cancellation policy]
For cancellations at the customer's convenience:
- From payment until 8 days before the shooting date: 30% of the total fee is charged as a cancellation fee.
- From 7 days before until the day before the shooting date: 50% of the total fee.
- Cancellation on the shooting day: 100% of the total fee.
Card fees for cancellations and bank transfer fees for refunds are borne by the customer.
[If you cannot come to the island due to typhoons, etc.]
If you cannot visit the island due to typhoons, natural disasters, or other causes not attributable to you, we will refund the full amount minus card fees to your designated account. Transfer fees are borne by the customer.
[Note at the time of application]
We will refuse applications from customers found to be members of, or affiliated with, organized crime groups or other anti-social forces.
[Customers with small children]
- Customers wishing to use the service with children under elementary-school age are asked to arrange their own accompanying adult or babysitter. If an accompanying adult (or babysitter) cannot be arranged, the service basically cannot be provided.
- If, due to unavoidable circumstances such as sudden schedule changes, no accompanying adult (or babysitter) can be arranged and you still wish to use the service, you are responsible for looking after your children during the service.
- Regardless of the reason, including accidents or ill health, the service provider assumes no responsibility for matters concerning your children.
