Plan Details
We visit as many Miyako Island locations as time allows, with a minimum guaranteed delivery of 200 photos!
A photo tour for those who want to enjoy sightseeing while being photographed — we guide you all the way to a sunset session!
Ideal for those visiting Miyako Island mainly for photography.
If you would like a drone-only shoot, we will prepare a separate quote — please contact us via the form.
[For those who wish to arrange hair & makeup]
We introduce hair & makeup artists on request, so please consult us once before finalizing your booking. For last-minute bookings, hair & makeup may not be arrangeable — thank you for your understanding.
Preparation basically takes place in your room. If you wish to shoot before hotel check-in, we will propose a paid rental space.
*Some hotels prohibit preparation inside guest rooms. In that case as well, we will guide you to a rental space for your preparation.
[Shooting schedule]
We meet at the meeting point and shoot while moving between locations.
The tour ends after the sunset session.
The start time is flexible, so please feel free to ask.
[Included services]
1. Pick-up before, after, and during the shoot
If you wish, we will drive you to your accommodation or other destinations. Please note that we use a business-use compact car, so the seats are not luxurious, and if you have a lot of luggage we may not be able to carry everything.
2. Photo requests
If you have reference photos, feel free to send them in advance. Depending on the weather and time of day some shots may not be possible, but we will do our best to match your wishes.
3. Artificial & dried bouquet rental
Several types are available. Contact us if you would like to see photos.
4. Photo prop rental
Simple photo props are available for rent, for example:
- Initial blocks
- Ring frame
- Photo frame
- Orion beer bottle
- Long veil, etc.
If there are other props you would like to use, please bring them along.
[About the shoot]
1. Locations
We propose the best-condition locations of the day based on your schedule after the shoot.
2. Photography (min. 200 photos delivered)
We retouch a curated 200 photos and deliver them by email within 3 weeks of the shoot.
[About attire]
Dresses can be purchased inexpensively on online shops and flea-market apps — often cheaper than rental fees, so we recommend it. For the groom, a white shirt with a vest or suspenders and a bow tie suits the Miyako Island atmosphere, so we recommend this style if you want a casual look.
[About shoes]
We recommend white sandals for the bride. Heels are very dangerous on the beach, so if you would like them in your photos we will use them as hand-held props. The groom is fine with shoes that match his outfit.
[Notes]
- We do not rent out costumes.
- Durations are estimates and may change depending on the weather.
- Depending on the weather, shooting in your preferred setting (such as the beach) may not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
- For preschool children, we cannot accept shoots without an accompanying adult who can look after them.
Terms of Service
[Bad weather]
This service basically operates even on rainy days. However, if we judge that shooting is impossible due to clearly bad weather, we will consult with you and sincerely take one of the following measures:
(1) Reschedule: change the shooting date to another day within your stay.
(2) Postpone: if shooting is not possible during your stay, the shooting date may be postponed within one year of the original date. Travel expenses for revisiting the island are borne by the customer.
(3) Cancellation and refund guarantee (only when (1) and (2) are not possible): shooting is cancelled and the full amount is refunded.
[Cancellation policy]
For cancellations at the customer's convenience:
- From payment until 8 days before the shooting date: 30% of the total fee is charged as a cancellation fee.
- From 7 days before until the day before the shooting date: 50% of the total fee.
- Cancellation on the shooting day: 100% of the total fee.
Card fees for cancellations and bank transfer fees for refunds are borne by the customer.
[If you cannot come to the island due to typhoons, etc.]
If you cannot visit the island due to typhoons, natural disasters, or other causes not attributable to you, we will refund the full amount minus card fees to your designated account. Transfer fees are borne by the customer.
[Note at the time of application]
We will refuse applications from customers found to be members of, or affiliated with, organized crime groups or other anti-social forces.
[Customers with small children]
- Customers wishing to use the service with children under elementary-school age are asked to arrange their own accompanying adult or babysitter. If an accompanying adult (or babysitter) cannot be arranged, the service basically cannot be provided.
- If, due to unavoidable circumstances such as sudden schedule changes, no accompanying adult (or babysitter) can be arranged and you still wish to use the service, you are responsible for looking after your children during the service.
- Regardless of the reason, including accidents or ill health, the service provider assumes no responsibility for matters concerning your children.
